Youlia Maleeva (b. 1945), Bulgarian tennis coach and manager; former tennis champion. As quoted in the New Yorker, p. 38 (July 25, 1994).

A former Bulgarian tennis champion, and a coach and manager of her three tennis-star daughters, Maleeva was recounting her outside imprecations to the oldest daughter when she played in the United States for the first time, c. 1986, wearing "a homemade dress" and equipped "with only three racquets." Her opponent was Chris Evert's sister Jeanne.
